Shipping and Delivery

This policy only applies to products purchased online. Other policies for shipping and delivery may apply depending on the method through which purchase and subsequent payment was made.

 

How much does it cost for shipping fee? 

  • For PhilCare products with physical cards (Health Vantage, Medical and Dental Consultations, ER Shield, Smart Check-up, Love Your Heart, and Women’s Health), the order will include a delivery charge based on the shipping address and the number of items in the package (maximum of five (5) cards per package per address)

  • For PhilCare products with virtual/online vouchers (Dengue Assist and ER Vantage Plus), the order will include a web admin fee of P30.00.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

  • For PhilCare products with physical cards, our cut-off for delivery is at 12nn from Monday to Friday. You will get another email indicating the estimated delivery day and tracking number. To ensure that our couriers can easily find your shipping address, please indicate a landmark near your area.

Please take note that there are no deliveries on weekends and holidays This means that if you receive an email confirming your purchase made on Fridays (after 12PM), weekends, and holidays, your order shall be included in the order list to be shipped on Mondays or the next business day.

 

  • For ER Vantage Plus and Dengue Assist, our cut-off for confirmation of purchase order and sending of your online voucher is at 5pm Monday to Friday. All successful purchases after office hours, weekends, and during holidays will be confirmed and process on the next business day. 
  • For Health Vantage, shipping is dependent on how soon you can pass the registration form as the card we will send you is personalized with the member’s name.

How can I track status of my order? 

For deliveries with physical cards, you will be provided with a tracking number from our courier partners via email. Check the status of your order by entering your tracking number at our delivery partner’s website.

 

Is there any domestic area to which PhilCare cannot deliver? 

PhilCare can deliver to all serviceable areas of our delivery partners. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you via phone or email the nearest location where you can pick up your package.

 

Can I pick up my order at PhilCare office? 

Yes. Kindly indicate your intent to pick-up the item in the order notes tab in the additional information of website’s check-out page.

 

Does PhilCare offer international shipments? 

International shipment is not available at the moment. Please note that the health care coverage we provide is within the Philippines.

 

Can PhilCare deliver the package to my office? 

PhilCare will deliver your order based on the shipping address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

 

The tracking number provided to me is invalid/ not working, what should I do? 

Tracking  information may be available the next business day, when our logistic partners have updated their records. If you still have problem with your tracking number after one (1) business day, please reach out to us at order@philcare.com.ph and we will assist you right away.

 

How do I change my address on my order? 

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please send us an email at order@philcare.com.ph and we’ll try to modify your order. This can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since the orders have already been handed over to our couriers.
